Delete your W-orkout account

You can delete your W-orkout account and all its data on the server at any time, no reason needed.

Delete in the app

1. Open W-orkout and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account and data, then Delete account to confirm.

The deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

No longer have the app?

Email contact@wujo.dev from the account's email address (with Hide My Email on Apple: mention the relay address Apple created). We confirm the account is yours, then delete it the same way the app does.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, name, profile picture).
• Your workout history, your plans and the links you shared them with.
• Links with your trainer or clients and session packages; for trainers: the trainer profile, the application and its certificate files, client invites.
• Your plan and payment records.

What is kept

• Device details (install id, device model, first app launch), no longer linked to the account, so the trial does not start again on the same phone.
• A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store's settings. Cancel it before deleting the account.
• Workouts recorded while signed out stay only on the phone and are deleted with the app.
